Cargoo is Winther's roomiest cargo bike. It features a 278 L cabin, which matches the trunk of a small to medium-sized car and can carry up to 100 kg. It holds up to four children in the steel tube reinforced cabin. Choose among a variety of seating options. If you have small children, the ISO fix Console makes life easier when switching between different transport modes. Just move the ISO-FIX auto seat from your car to your Cargoo - and back. Or will you bring your partner along? Then choose our Family Bench which allows children and grown-ups to share the bench. Options are many so that you can design it based on your needs.
Hood Designed for Head Protection
The Cargoo Hood is designed as a safety feature. The strong 22 mm aluminum bars offer protection above children's heads for added safety. Its secondary purpose from rain and wind. The hood features four windows and is easy to remove from the bike during summertime. If it rains, simply reattach the hood to the six fixing points and you’re ready to go. The hood opens at the front with two tough YKK zippers and at the rear with two fixing points. It also comes with rubber straps for a snug fit when the hood needs to stay open. With the Cargoo Hood, your children will stay dry but still have a great outlook.
Navigate with Ease
Cargoo has one of the smallest turning circles on the market, enabling it to make tight turns in confined spaces and even perform U-turns. The lightweight aluminum frame enhances maneuverability, making it a pleasure to ride.
The stable 3-wheeled platform ensures high stability while loading and unloading. Parking the bike is made simple with the 3-wheel design - activating the parking brake locks the two front wheels, allowing you to safely leave the bike on any terrain. A sturdy Gas-damper softens the ride even with larger loads in the cabin.
Hydraulic disk brakes
Cargoo is equipped with Hydraulic Disc Brakes on all three wheels, which is a most powerful and safe brake option. They feature a strong braking force during all weather conditions, also when it’s wet outside. Hydraulic Disc Brakes are superior in modulation - meaning the ability to precisely and accurately control the braking force - so you can stop the bike when and where you want.
The brake system comes with a parking brake which is easily activated by pushing a dial on the left brake lever. This locks the two front wheels, securing the cargo bike, also on uneven terrain.
Shock-Absorbing cabin base
Our cabin bases are formed in strong impact-resistant PE or PSPE material without any sharp edges. This enhances child comfort and safety during the ride. The front frame of Winther cargo bikes is engineered to effectively distribute and transfer impact forces.
Safely seated
For increased child safety, the Cargoo features a low seat position in the cabin. This restricts the field of vision of the smallest passengers in a calming manner and also prevents them from reaching out during the ride.
All seat solutions in the Cargoo are equipped with a 5-point harness as standard, ensuring that everyone is securely fastened during the ride. All baby seat solutions in Winther cargo bikes are rear facing for increased safety.
